Philweavers is an online global network of Filipino web designers. More than 300 active members in a number of countries share common concerns, commitments, and standards. Because of our numbers and our reach, it is within our power to affect positive change to our profession.

Murder by Design Conference

Every other year, PW convenes one of the largest gatherings of Filipino Designers from all disciplines. It is an oppurtunity to discover new and old friendships and new and old ideas; share experiences; reinforce one's connection to the profession; and seek inspiration from seasoned Filipino design stars. MBD bi-annualy brings together a stellar group of critical thinkers and visual practitioners which makes it a hard to miss event in the Philippine Graphic Design industry.

This program was spearheaded in 2003 with the help of weaver AJ Batac, a local web developer. It was established with the aim of helping secure the livelihood of our members.

The Open Forum

The Open Forum program was launched inorder for young practioners and hobbyists who havent passed the member selection process to have a venue wherein they can hone their skills and benefit by interacting with seasoned PW members.

Networking Fellowships

Networking fellowships (eyeball parties) are simple member get togethers that aims to strengthen the bond between fellow practioners and members through offline meetups and get-togethers.
